What Can I Expect?
You don’t have to stop smoking, vaping or using tobacco products before your first visit. We’ll help you kick the habit for good by supporting you every step of the way.

First, you’ll meet one-on-one, in person or virtually, with a smoking cessation counselor to discuss your options and create an individualized treatment plan.

Next, you’ll work with a certified tobacco treatment specialist via in-person, virtual or over-the-phone appointments to determine the best way to quit and select a quit date.

Throughout the process, you can track your medications in MyOchsner, our online patient portal.

Lung Cancer Screening
Our lung cancer screening uses the lowest radiation CT scan available, which produces a 3D image of your lungs. The screening is non-invasive, and you don’t have to do anything special to prepare. There are no injections or dyes to drink. The scan takes less than five minutes.
